今週末、初フードイベント開催します！
その名も フレンチ サンドウィッチ ウィークエンド ⚡️⚡️
先日からFON-SU のキッチンを手伝ってくれているサシャくん、フランスから来日して4年ほど。食に携わる仕事をしていたこともある彼は、今秋 神戸・元町にオープン予定のレストラン PERDU（パーデュ）のアドバイザーを務めています。
そこでこの度、そのPERDUで考案中のメニューをFON-SUで一足お先にお試しいただけるイベントを開催することとなりました！
メニューは当日のお楽しみですが、フランスで日常的に食べられるクロックムッシュやサーモンのパンパニアなど、ボリューミーなサンドイッチがメイン。数種類のうちからお選びいただくスタイルですが、いずれも日本的なエッセンスが加わっていて、サシャ特製の仕上がりです。それにサイドディッシュとドリンク、オプションでデザートもご用意しております。
週末の昼下がりに、気軽なオーディナリーフレンチをお楽しみに、是非お越しください！

We will hold our first foodie event FRENCH SANDWICHES WEEKEND on coming weekend! Sorry for this short notice!
Our kitchen's big helper Sacha, who was engaged with gastronomy in France, now works as an adviser of the restaurant PERDU in Motomachi, Kobe, which is going to be open this autumn.
And this time, some dishes from PERDU will be served here at FON-SU in advance of its opening, such as CROQUE MONSIEUR, SALMON PAN BAGNAT etc with a side dish, a drink and an optional dessert! You will find something slightly Japanese in each dish.
Please enjoy the ordinary cuisine Française on a weekend afternoon!
